Dr. Samantha Lloyd


Samantha Lloyd (PhD, FCCPM) is a Medical Physicist at BC Cancer Vancouver. Dr. Lloyd completed graduate degrees at the University of Victoria, and a radiation oncology physics residency at the University of California, San Diego. After working for a year in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Dr. Lloyd joined the team in Vancouver in 2019 where her clinical responsibilities include HDR brachytherapy, surface guidance in radiation therapy (SGRT) and CBCT-based online adaptive radiotherapy. Dr. Lloyd is an active member of both COMP and the AAPM, serving as the current director of Professional Affairs on the COMP Board of Directors.
